TNLC Thrivability Training and Coaching is pleased to offer a training and assessment pathway for the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management. The new qualification requires 6 core and 6 elective units. TNLC offers 10 days training and RPL for one unit and importing one RII unit.
Diploma of Work Health and Safety (Training and Assessment Pathway) [TBSIS4]
On completion graduates will be able to use and maintain safety management systems, WHS tools and information systems, apply WHS risk management, manage hazards and apply occupational health principles, lead or participate in WHS investigations and manage effective consultative arrangements.

Diploma of Quality Auditing (Training & Assessment Pathway) [TBSIS8]
TNLC Thrivability Training and Coaching is pleased to offer the BSB50920 Diploma of Quality Auditing. This Diploma qualification has packaging rules that requires 8 units.
This qualification is generally intended for line Managers, Superintendent and Supervisor who undertake audits as part of their job. It is also ideal for support staff in safety or training and other functions who are required to lead an audit or be part of an audit team. This skills development program complements skills such as facilitation, inspection and investigation.
